The big question now in the stock markets is has the bear market finally ended or are the big bears simply hiding higher up?

Did Powell pivot yesterday? Absolutely not in my view. The market had already priced in a .50bp hike in December and a .25 bp hike in January so nothing new there, however his tone was more dovish than the last few speeches.
